144 Hz monitor and capture card mirrored
I want to duplicate my 144 Hz monitor to my capture card (LGP Lite). Whenever I try to duplicate the displays my main monitor goes from 144 Hz down to 60 Hz.

I know Nvidia supports mirrored monitors with different refresh rates, but I am using AMD and I have found that Lightboost forces my main monitor to 120 Hz even if it is mirrored with the capture card. Lightboost is not a solution for me though, because my eyes feels so annoyed when it is enabled. I hate it.

So is there any way to force my main monitor to 144 Hz?

LightBoost wouldn't force 120 Hz. Did you use Strobelight? You probably forced 120 Hz by not installing lower refresh rates. You can do the same with CRU.

Use CRU to add 1920x1080 @ 144 Hz as the first detailed resolution (use "LCD reduced"), and remove all the other resolutions. Make sure to disable the extension block or use a custom one because the default one probably has other refresh rates in there.
