BenQ GW2270H max hz + freesync

Can you tell me if this is the maximum I can get out of this monitor? I want to get maximum hz.
Connects via HDMI.
My results:
1920x1080 @87hz Horizontal 95.527kHz Pixel clock:191.82
On LCD standard 87 hz i have 2 little black bars, but when i change to native its fullscreen but kinda blurry 24 32 32 3 5 10
I was trying to get freesync on this monitor, but i dont know how to do it properly. I was trying on 68 hz, horizontal 74.999, under 165 pixel clock, range 34-68, when i was testing my monitor flashes every few seconds, turns black, turn on... still

That's not a FreeSync monitor, so I wouldn't expect it to work properly. You're lucky if you can get more than 77 Hz with most monitors.
