Apple Studio Display does not 5K resolution on Surface Pro

Late last year I got the Surface Pro 11 and connected it to my Apple Studio Display. At the time I got full 5K resolution (attached image)

For the last couple of months, for some reason, one day I disconnected it and was limited to 4K (attached Image) and that has been the case ever since.

CRU under extension blocks does show the 5K resolution but that is not available under the detailed resolutions as see in the attached image.

Would be really nice if I can use the full 5K resolution of the Apple Studio Display on the Surface Pro.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Either it's an issue with the cable or an issue with the graphics driver for the GPU. The GPU name doesn't match in your two screen shots.
