Hi guys, I am a new member of forum

I have a strange issue. I have changed laptop's monitor because of dead pixels, but new monitor isn't orininally made for my laptop. I have dell inspiron 5721 and this monitor was other brand's monitor.

I have a problem with flickering screen. When I see light colours, sometimes there are small dots on screen. Here are examples :

That's either a bad connection or a bad panel. Make sure the panel is compatible with your laptop.

I have V32F390F Samsung monitor (1920x1080 60Hz, HDMI 1.4).
After executing the instructions on the first page, FreeSync is activated in the driver. Check in the windmill AMD utility leads to a spontaneous transition of the monitor to 50Hz. At 50Hz, FreeSync runs nice and more smoothly than Vsync. But any other refresh rate lead to black screen. It's the same in games.
Vertical Frequency 24 - 72 Hz is indicated in the monitor specs, but any refresh rate (setup in CRU) more than 60Hz on 1920x1080 lead to black screen. Some other resolutions with a refresh rate of less than 60Hz also don't work. Although 1280x1024 75Hz is working fine.

Am I understand correctly that scalar is installed on this monitor, and this is the cause of the problems?
Are there any solutions in my case?

I took this screenshot with the monitor set to 75hz, I assume this means I'm skipping frames?

in windows 10 i can click display adapter properties and then list all modes, but the highest refresh rate for 4k resolution is 30hz, when i add higher than 30hz it wont appear..., is this what you mean by extension block? thanks

No, I mean in CRU. This should be plug and play. Did you set the DisplayPort format to 1.2 in the monitor's settings?

Yes. Ideally you should use a slower shutter speed to capture more squares, but there shouldn't be any gaps regardless.

I began to study this question, because the manual for this monitor contains records about FreeSync. But as it turned out, this applies to model V27F390F only.
V32F390F service menu contain FS settings, but they don't change anything concerning of FS support.    
Does it make sense to flash it with firmware from V27F390F?
