RE: NVIDIA Pixel Clock Patcher

I ran it on 1280x1024 @ 102Hz, and I applied the pixel clock patcher due to the fact I was using a single link DVI cable. That's a CRT monitor. You're not using single-link DVI with a CRT monitor. That monitor doesn't even have DVI. Even if you're using adapters, it's still just a VGA signal, so I don't know why you need the patch. I've tried many, MANY things and I can assure you it's not my cabling that is wrong. Refer to: http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2...#15625561.It's definitely the cable that's wrong. 2560x1440 @ 144 Hz will only work out of the box with DisplayPort. 2560x1440 @ 120+ Hz is not going to work out of the box with DVI because of the 330 MHz pixel clock limit. That's why the patch exists in the first place. 2560x1440 @ 120 Hz might be possible with a custom resolution if the monitor will accept it over DVI. I don't know if your video card can handle 2560x1440 @ 144 Hz with DVI, but it might be possible by reducing the timing parameters.
