HDMI 2.0 already supports up to 600 MHz pixel clock. This sounds like a TV limitation.

i used this patcher preciously for my old acer monitor and nvidia gpu to get oc on monitor that could not do 1080p 120hz only 1600x900 ty Smile
You shouldn't need the patcher. What monitor is it and how is it connected? What limit are you hitting?

It’s is a a Samsung TV, does 1080p 120hz and 4k60, using hdmi not sure if 2.0 or 2.1, I was hoping to get 1440p 120 or as close as but now I’m doubting as max I could get was 62hz or so

If it's a Samsung model TU7000, driver version 536.67 is the latest driver that still let's me do 4k 120hz. I've been unsuccessful with all of the drivers I've tried after that.
