Dont work for me i change w7 to w10 and my screen is very blurry when i put 75 hz, i have LG FLATRON W1943C and gtx 960.
Something weird, driver never recognized the real native res (1360x768) nvidia driver says 1024x768 is the native. SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH. |

The patch is for DVI and HDMI, and you wouldn't need it for 75 Hz at that resolution. The incorrect resolution seems like an EDID problem. What does CRU show? |

CRU shows what the monitor reports and creates EDID overrides. If CRU shows "Generic Non-PnP Monitor" with no resolutions, then something is wrong with the EDID on the monitor. |
