HDMI to VGA not supported error

Hi,

i have a dell inspiron 15r 5537 and this does not vga or rgb output!

i buy a HDMi2VGA convertor like this:

Problem:
after connect this convertor to projetor epson error show like this:

Not supported. H:67.49khz V59.99Hz

but like HITACHI projetor there is no problem.
