The CCC LCD overdrive lets the graphics card do the same thing - regardless of whether your monitor has overdrive or not. Even better, it's fully adjustable. There's a great preview window that really lets you adjust it properly (watch for a trail immediately behind the moving line - adjust the overdrive so that the trail is as near to the background colour as possible).
