60hz+ is not avaliable on 24h2
CSO1628 CUR shows it supports FreeSync range from 60hz to 240 hz, but system is locked on 60hz unless you add the 240hz on NVIDIA pannel, and VRR G-SYNC is not avaliable on system too. Weirdly system recognize HDR in extension block of CTA-861

Is that a laptop? Make sure you install the latest drivers provided by the manufacturer. If the driver isn't working correctly, you should ask their support because you shouldn't have to add 240 Hz manually.
