aoc cu34g2x shows up as nv-failsafe

Hello everyone I see to run into an issue where my monitor aoc cu34g2x appears as NV-Failsafe and only works on 640x480 @60hz while using DP 1.4 cable, I have tested multiple different dp cables 1.2 and 1.4 and none seem to work. I have managed to use nvidia control panel to set up custom resolution of 3440x1440 @144hz which works. But the problem is that some games don't recognise that custom resolution and run at 640x480 and even when I go through settings to change resolution in-game it doesn't seem to change and still gets stuck at resolution mentioned above.
Pc specs:
i5 12600kf
Asus strix z690 d4 motherboard
Corsair dominator rgb ddr4 32gb 3600mhz
Palit rtx 3080ti

I have all latest nvidia drivers downloaded and installed (I did clean driver installation twice) nothing seem to help.
I have tested the monitor on another pc and it was still not being recognised and showing up as NV-Failsafe.

The monitor is defective and needs to be replaced.

I was thinking it might be and was honestly gone ask around if anyone had same monitor so I could maybe rewrite edid, but I guess I'll try to RMA it.
