Should work with the latest driver.

RE: Custom Resolution Utility (CRU)
Hello,
I am interested in using your software. However, if you go to virustotal.com you will find that there are some virus if you submit the rar archive, and all the restart files.
The reset-all .exe ->https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/70639c195430afb92799d711ed784406bfdfd04c648d5f3e4d9873da0063660b/detection

the restart.exe -> https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/b84c.../detection

the restart64.exe -> https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/4525.../detection

The cru.exe show no virus -> https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/de5e.../detection

My question is, why is showing this, and how to delete all this virus?

Also, right now I am in 1920*1080 60hz windows 10 laptop, if I change to 1920*1080 75hz; is there any problem in the long term to the durability of my screenmonitor?

And all this changes that I make in os windows 10 will be applied to other operative systems because I have dualboot?

I think you should also add a signature .asc, so we can verify we are downloading a truly copy of your software.

GPU shouldn't matter.

There are no viruses. False positives from a few sources happens a lot, especially with lesser-known antivirus software.

There's no data on how higher refresh rates affect lifespan, but 75 Hz is normally not a problem.

Changes are local, so they won't affect other operating systems.

RE: Custom Resolution Utility (CRU)
@ToastyX, For a few days I've been struggling with a problem. I am trying to connect my laptop (LENOVO Y720-15IKB) to my BENQ XL2411Z 144hz monitor. My monitor only supports 144hz over DVI-D, which my laptop doesn't have.
To solve this, I've bought an Apple A1306 Active mini-displayport to DVI-D adapter, which I tried to use but to no avail. The adapter works fine on my laptop with any resolution up to 1920x1080, but as soon as I crank up the HZ to anything above 65, the image becomes all blurry and my monitor says "Incorrect cable, please use the DVI dual link cable that came with your monitor" and keeps flickering. I have also noticed that even if I try to run my monitor at any refresh rate above 65hz on any resolution, even 640x480, it doesn't work, the monitor displays the same message and flickers.
How can I fix this? my DVI-D cable works just fine delivering 144hz on my old pc.
Thank you in advance for any help offered.

You need a better adapter. The Apple one is not very good. Just make sure the adapter has USB for power because the ones that don't are single-link.

The adapter does have USB for power,as I said, it's an active one, and also uses dual link. it's rated for 2560x1600.

I know, like I said, Apple's adapter is not very good. Pretty much any other dual-link adapter won't have issues with higher refresh rates.
