RE: CRU HELP!
Deleted resolutions shouldn't automatically reappear. You don't need to record your screen. Just post a screenshot of CRU after you're done, or export a file (any format) and attach it here.

RE: CRU HELP!
So what part are you having trouble with? I already explained everything to you, but you won't listen.

1. What you're doing makes no sense. Why are you deleting all the detailed resolutions from CRU and adding 1920x1080 @ 144 Hz using the NVIDIA control panel? There's no point in forcing display scaling if you're just going to use the native resolution. Display scaling is for lower resolutions that are defined in the EDID (shown in CRU). It does not affect the native resolution.

2. The first detailed resolution is considered the native resolution. If you delete all the detailed resolutions, the driver will pick a different resolution. You still have 1280x1024 @ 75 Hz defined, so it's using that.

3. You said 1280x1024 reappears in the extension block but you didn't show that. You also said 1024x768 and 1280x1024 weren't in the extension block before, but that's not true. Your monitor defines those resolutions by default.

I don't understand why you're going through all this trouble to do something that has no effect.

Huh
Use GPU scaling. Laptops normally don't have display scalers.

RE: CRU HELP!
Please Help!! : D

Got an iPad Pro 2018 11 inch, I believe the resolution is 2388x1668 as per Google and iPad device settings and I'm using jumpdesktop to remote desktop my laptop to my iPad. However I get black bars at the top and bottom of the screen, tried all the default resolutions but none perfectly fit, Tried adding 2388x1668 (11 inch iPad resolution as Google said) as a detailed resolution and ran restart.exe however the new resolution didn't show up in display settings afterwards. Any idea how to get the maximum resolution for remote desktop from 15 inch laptop to iPad Pro 11 inch??? Pretty sure jumpdesktop uses whatever resolutions I have on the laptop so I'm guessing I need to add the iPad's resolution to this list in order to get the perfect fit for remote desktop. Thanks for your help!!!
