RE: Custom Resolution Utility (CRU)
I can't add any resolutions on cru. I am trying to force display scaling but when i try to add any ress i cant see on display adapter settings, list all mode.
I want to match my display resolutions and active signal resolutions.
nvidia has the same problem when i set custom res with cvt reduced blank and like others.
When i set this settings my active pixels gone to match my display settings but i cant use causee give me black screen.

My monitor is Alienware AW2521H. Cable is Displayport 1.4.

You say same problem but you mentioned two different problems. Show me what you're doing with CRU and the NVIDIA control panel.

RE: Custom Resolution Utility (CRU)
I will explain step by step.
I open cru and delete no active monitors, detailed resolutions and extension block's detailed resolutions.
I add resolution 1920x1080 60hz exact reduced in detailed resolutions part.
I add resolutions 1920x1080 240hz and 1536x960 360hz in extension block's detailed resolution section two res are exact reduced.
I start restart64.
After these steps i cant still see my changes.

On nvdia what i am doing;
I create custom res with 1024x768 with cvt reduced blank timing when i do that my active pixels section match with my display res. But i cant use cause when i try to test give me black screen.

I want to match my game display res and active signal res.
When i use 60hz. desktop res and active signal res match. when i increase refresh rate, active signal res back to 1920x1080p.

Is there a second extension block? Is it a default extension block?

Then your monitor does not support that resolution.

Default one. I didnt create extension block. Whats fix for it then teacher Sad
My monitor support 1024x768 but not support cvt reduced blank but cvt reduced blank make my active pixels match my desktop res. When i didnt my active pixels stay native res (1920x1080p)

The active pixels is what the monitor receives. If the resolution doesn't match the active pixels, that means it's being scaled by the GPU.

RE: Custom Resolution Utility (CRU)
Is there any way to make this work for Internal Displays on Intel graphics cards? They don't seem to allow custom resolutions, I can't add them via the Intel drivers and adding them via this software does not make them show up in Windows or the Intel drivers. Specifically Iris XE on a 1195G7.

RE: Custom Resolution Utility (CRU) HELP ME!!!!!
I was trying to set my monitor to do 4k 60hz with cru, cause it only showed 4k 144hz (monitor Asus ROG XG43UQ Xbox edition) but now it only shows 4k 120hz max and windows isnt able to find any drivers for it either. I tried to reset the cru but it didnt work. I reinstalled windows (Completely formatted my SSD). Reinstalled the nVidia drivers ( GPU: RTX 2080TI ) Even used a software to delete them. WIndows doesnt think my monitor is HDR capable anymore either ( Windows 11 pro 64bit ) I'm literally stuck. I've tried everything online and can't find anymore related information about this. Please help!
