Windows 11 24H2 doesn't respect my CRU settings
Is there something that changed in the latest version of Windows 11?
Been using build 242H for almost half a year now, version 26100.2161 currently, and just noticed I can't get rid of all the extra refresh rates I completely do not need. What am I missing? |

It might be an implementation of quick media switching, which uses G-SYNC/VRR to create virtual refresh rates that can be changed instantly without blacking out the screen. Does disabling G-SYNC in the NVIDIA control panel remove the additional refresh rates?

Oh yeah, you're right, it's G-SYNC and turning it off fixes it.
Is there a way to keep it on and have only my favorite refresh rate though? |

I don't know yet. I have to find out if there's a way to control what virtual refresh rates are available because it's not part of the EDID.
