Add an extension block and change the type to DisplayID 1.3. Then add a detailed resolutions data block and add 3840x1600 @ 120 Hz in there.

Ok, done as you said, 3840x1600 120Hz, applied and restarted

In the "Detailed resolutions" tab, 3840x1600 60Hz continues to appear

Sorry, what else do I need to do?

That should be all you need to do. Is 3840x1600 @ 120 Hz still not available? Export another file so I can see. Does display scaling vs. GPU scaling in the NVIDIA control panel make any difference?

I just redo everything again, same result

Display scaling, GPU scaling, same thing, no success

Edit, just an update after making the DisplayID extension block

On the NVIDIA panel, the color depth setting was at 8 bits by default after these changes, so I set it to 10 bits again as it was, saved and the screen went black. Luckily it reversed itself

Something really isn't right

I feel like both drivers are broken. The new driver is broken because what you have should work. The old driver is broken because if 3840x1600 @ 120 Hz didn't exist in the EDID, then how is DSR working at 120 Hz? It would have to GPU scale the DSR resolution to 3840x1600 and then GPU scale that to 3840x2160, or it's lying about the refresh rate. You should check the info section in the TV's menu and see what resolution and refresh rate it's really receiving.
