May be replace monitor.sys and monitor.inf from Windows 7 or Windows 10 and disable driver signature?

Why don't you try that?

I just have tried some manipuletions with monitor driver: I replaced monitor driver from another Windows (Windows\inf\monitor.inf and Windows\System32\drivers\monitor.sys).

Normal mode (with driver singnature required):
Driver from Win 7 to Win 11 - Driver unsigned error
Driver from Win 10 to Win 11 - Driver unsigned error

Driver sign enforcement disabled mode:
Driver from Win 7 to Win 11 - Buffer length error
Driver from Win 10 to Win 11 - Driver works normally, but CRU doesn't work

So I don't think it's a driver issue. Can you offer another way to enable EDID override in Windows 11? May be integrate other system files from Win 7 or Win 10 or some registry cracks?

RE: Custom Resolution Utility (CRU)
I created two EDID installers. One only has 3840x1650 @ 60 Hz using borders. The other has both 3840x1650 and 3840x2160 @ 60 Hz, but I'm not sure which one NVIDIA will use for NIS/FSR, so you'll have to test that yourself.

I tried both EDIDs, but both of them give me 3330x1650

My mistake. I set the borders in both directions without thinking. Here is the fixed version.

No, I gave you several solutions already. Why are you asking me if you're going to ignore my suggestions? Since your video card has HDMI, get an HDMI to DVI cable and try DVI on the monitor first. If that doesn't work, get an HDMI EDID emulator and use the HDMI to DVI cable.

Got my first oled monitor. How does oled react to overclock and how safe is it? Btw max res has 980mhz pixel clock, but max limit is 1080mhz, do I have a reserve for overclock?) Lg gen 3 2k 240hz display (KTC Q2753SEL)

With the new RTX 5000 series, EDID overriding with DSC enabled works seamlessly. 3840x2160 240 HZ

Usually any monitor with a scaler will not allow refresh rates out of safe operating range, and some monitors will skip frames at unsupported refresh rates instead of running the panel at a higher refresh rate. Any monitor with an on-screen menu has a scaler, so that's most monitors. 1080 MHz is the limit for DisplayPort 1.3/1.4 at 8 bpc and 4:4:4 chroma without DSC.

RE: Custom Resolution Utility (CRU)
Hi,

I have two monitor, a real HDR monitor (AW3423DWF) and an old monitor that is "HDR-Compatible", i'm trying to use the Windows + Alt + B shortcut to toggle HDR on the main monitor, but it also enable it on the other monitor (and it's horrible).

I've found this utlity and removed the HDR Datablock from the extension data block, but it's still turning on HDR even after a restart.

A few years ago another user had the same problem, but I wasn't able to find the solution (the link to the image he posted about a setting he removed disappeared) apparently it was related to freesync but I don't have any Freesync related data block on this monitor.

I'll attach a screenshot of the remaining data blocks, if you guys have any idea what I could disable to remove the HDR capability of the monitor.

EDIT : When I change settings in AMD Adrenalin, for some reason it work when I hit the shortcut the second monitor doesn't enable HDR, but if I restart the computer it goes back to enabling it again.
