You shouldn't need an older driver. You need to make sure you're not hitting the pixel clock limits that I described.

It's in the first post. 340 MHz for HDMI 1.x, 600 MHz for HDMI 2.0.

I really appreciate you giving me the link to the drivers.
Now I can use reset all in safe mode, but unfortunately the original problem was not solved.
When I use the exe file, install edid and use restart64, it works, it goes to DVI. The problem is when I restart the pc. It keeps thinking about the start and never starts. If I don't use restart64 and restart pc, the same thing happens.

I've never touched the BIOS, but could there be something there? When everything was working fine (with the sdd), at the beginning it changed from hdmi to dvi, now it keeps thinking about the gigabyte logo.
That really sounds like a driver issue. Can you show me what you have in CRU? Maybe the newer drivers have a bug and you were using an older driver. The driver link has several versions that you can try. I would try the oldest first to see if that works. Only issue is Windows might automatically upgrade the driver later. There is also this driver which is older and works with your GPU: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/...ndows.html

I installed the old drivers, but the same thing keeps happening.
I have attached an image of what I have when opening cru before deleting the extension block and exporting the .exe.

Many thanks.

Try adding an HDMI 2.x data block and see if it will let you add progressive resolutions up to 600 MHz. Since you won't be using the progressive version, it shouldn't matter if the adapter doesn't support HDMI 2.0. Anything up to 340 MHz should still work.

I don't see why it's behaving that way. It's definitely a bug in the driver that's causing the problem. After deleting the extension block, try adding a CTA-861 extension block and just leave it empty. If that doesn't help, try deleting 1920x1080i and all the other resolutions, leaving just the 1360x768 detailed resolution.

I thank you again for your prompt response, I did everything you said, but the problem continues.

You should contact Intel support. The driver should not be hanging on boot.

Could it be something in the BIOS? I don't remember if I mentioned this to you, but if I connect the PC via VGA the image is fine, the problem is only with HDMI. Taking this into account, could it be a driver bug?

Thanks a lot Toasty
