Just received replacement monitor still having the same issue.

So Ive been having issues with my Hannspree HQ271 skipping frames at 60hz.

I just swapped my monitor for a replacement with the manufacturers and put my new monitor to the tests. Its having the exact same issues where on all connections it will skip frames at 60hz. Surprising enough its stable on the same refresh rate as the old one which is 57hz. I am now super confused and not sure if theres something on my computer (software or hardware) which is doing this or its just the monitors firmware which is causing these limitations.

I hope someone can help as I don't even know what to do now as I have tried everything from what I know.

I would say that hardware isn't strong enough to handle it...
