Did you enable "HDMI UHD Color" in the TV's picture menu? |

Did you enable "HDMI UHD Color" in the TV's picture menu? Yup, all four inputs have UHD Color turned On. |

RE: Custom Resolution Utility (CRU)
Hello
I´m just looking for a solution to add some 50 Hz mode resolutions to my Chuwi Hi 12 Windows 10 64 bit tablet. It has a Samsung (?) panel 2160x1440 @48,59,60 Hz which is also used in some surface 3 tablets. I´m unable to add custom resolutions with CRU (restarting the grafic driver does not offer new resolution options) to my system but it is possible to add custom resolutions using the option in the intel driver (Intel Atom Z8700 with GPU). All I can add using the intel driver are resolutions at 48 Hz, 59 hz and 60 hz but I need 50 hz for some Amiga and C64 retated PAL emulation stuff. What can I do ? I also tried to export the settings to a monitor.inf file but it was not possible to install these new monitor driver (error message at the end of the install). System was new installed yesterday (win 10 home 64 bit). Here are some screenshots: Regards |

You need a driver that supports EDID overrides. I don't know if there is one for your GPU. I don't see why the Intel control panel would let you add 48 Hz but not 50 Hz. |

RE: Custom Resolution Utility (CRU)
I have a Dell Inspiron 7559 with Nvidia Optimus technology; Intel HD530 and Nvidia GTX 960m. This software enabled me to get my laptop's built in display up to 75 hertz, and I didn't try to push it further. The problem is after about 10 minutes my screen freezes for about one second and I am back to 60 hertz. My screen was stable and all, it also did it at 65 hertz. Intel's driver appears to lock out the application because after that it doesn't work unless I re-install my driver. I tried the version you linked and the latest version drivers. I have an i5 6300hq with Intel HD530. Help!

Then I installed everything (windows) new and after finishing I updatet the driver through the device manager (screenshot in my post). Ok I will try to install something newer again . The 48 hz mode seems to be nativ because I am able to use all screenmodes with 48, 59 and 60 Hz. When I try 50 hz through the intel gui it tells me something with wrong bandwidth. Regards |

RE: Custom Resolution Utility (CRU)
Hi,
Are there any known issues with Windows 10 and 144hz? my Samsung C49HG90 Monitor should be able to run 144hz, but i only see 120hz in the settings. Opening CRU i can see the 144hz setting is there. Trying to add a 140hz does NOT work, but adding a 111hz did work and showed up. I am using a DP1.2 Cable and i've tried another Cable, same issue. Anyone knows something? Greetings, Haldi |
