Did you patch the driver or did it work without the patch?

With AMD cards, you should be able to use the monitor's default extension block. Did you try it with the default extension block enabled? Use the "Delete" button to remove the imported one.

If that doesn't work, then run reset-all.exe and reboot. Then run this program and give me the text file: http://devgurus.amd.com/servlet/JiveServ...ID-1.2.zip

Does your TV actually support 120 Hz? Is it connected via HDMI? Did you patch the driver to get around the 165 MHz pixel clock limit? You might be able to get around the limit without patching the driver by enabling the extension block and importing this file in CRU: https://www.monitortests.com/hdmi-audio.dat

If you did that and it still doesn't work, then the TV might not support 120 Hz input.

If you didn't do that, it shouldn't boot with no signal unless you deleted 60 Hz. Did you add 120 Hz as a separate resolution?

You can boot into safe mode and run CRU from there, or you can run reset-all.exe to reset everything.

Here are the steps I performed for my HD 6750:
(1) Created custom resolution, did not work with include extension block checked or unchecked (no hdmi-audio.dat import)
(2) Proceeded to patch the driver
(3) With extension block checked I get audio but not the custom resolution of 2560x1600 @60Hz
(4) Unchecked extension block and I get 2560x1600 without HDMI audio
(5) Import the hdmi-audio.dat file with I get 2560x1600 with Stereo audio only

How can I avoid having to click on "detect monitor" every time I boot the computer?

That's not normal. What video card do you have? What version of Windows? Someone mentioned this happening with the R9 290 and Windows 8.1. If that's the case, then it's an AMD driver bug. Does enabling or disabling the extension block make any difference?
