I have the same problem and haven't been able to use CRU with AMD 2020 drivers. There is a thread about this on AMD forums: https://community.amd.com/thread/246376

There is a proposed solution of enabling 10bit pixel format under Graphics settings. While enabling it removes the dimming problem, it effectively brokes Freesync functionality as 3D apps become totally unusable flickery and stuttery mess. Plus lots of screen blackouts during launching and exiting 3D applications.

Im using Vega GPU and Samsung CF791 display. Anything that could be tried?
It has to be a driver bug related to HDR. Maybe try deleting the HDR data blocks from the extension block and remove all higher than 8 bpc color formats in the HDMI and HDMI 2.0 data blocks, if this is HDMI.

Normally laptops with Intel GPUs only support up to 300.99 MHz pixel clock with HDMI, which isn't enough for 1080p @ 144 Hz, but then 3840x2160 shouldn't have worked unless it was 30 Hz or YCbCr 4:2:0, so I don't know.

Ok, thankx for teaching me some of your knowledge, and just one other thing, do you know something about the screen sometimes blacks out for 2-3 seconds than goes back to normal. It's really random i dont know how to reproduce this, and in the screen doesn't show any "connection loss" message, it's like when you change the resolution.

Try changing the first detailed resolution to 30 Hz. If 60 Hz still isn't available, then the driver doesn't support YCbCr 4:2:0.

Thank you for answer, seems that drivers doesnt support 420 at 60hz but 30hz does as you can see on picture 3,Im not able to add 3840x2160 60hz no matter what..Just dont know why 2k60p can be added by same way.Confused...

2560x1440 @ 60 Hz is still under 300 MHz pixel clock, so that doesn't need 4:2:0.

Does that only happen with FreeSync on?

Ok,so there is no way..except to buy graphic card.Btw which is better 4k60hz or 1080p120hz?

Then it sounds like a signal quality issue, maybe a bad cable.
