Problem is observed only when monitor is connected over docking station Dell WD19TB in Windows 11. Resolution in bios for that setup is correct. How many monitors do you have connected to the dock? What adapter are you using to connect the monitor to the dock? |

Right now I'm using two monitors (second one is 4K monitor) with another laptop with Linux and everything is working correctly with the same docking station. Eizo monitor is connected using DVI-DP cable. The same problem is observed after connect monitor to the docking station using DVI-HDMI cable. Connecting directly to laptop using the same cable (DVI-HDMI) is ok. |

Connection is made via the Thunderbolt port. I'm not sure about pixel clock. Some info: Quote:Timing characteristics |

I found several reports of people having issues with this dock and 1920x1200 on some systems with Intel GPUs. Likely it's limiting the pixel clock to around 150 MHz when it should be 165 MHz for single-link DVI. Someone mentioned using an active DisplayPort to DVI adapter will work around the problem. |

The bug doesn't affect all Intel GPUs. Using an active adapter will make it work like a DisplayPort display instead of DVI, which might work around the problem. Passive adapters will be considered DVI and the driver is not setting the correct limit. You need to report the issue to Intel. |
