Use CRU to add the resolutions, not the NVIDIA control panel.

Just tried adding them through CRU in detailed resolutions, they don't show up at all in windows node list.

Since the last time I wrote I had no problems.
The other day my SSD stopped working and I had to install Windows on an HDD I had on hand. The problem is that when using cru, deleting the extension block and making sure 1366x768 @ 60 Hz be the first detailed resolution, using the .exe export method (this is the way I found it to work), If I use restart, it works, but when I restart the PC, gets stuck during startup and never start.

To make matters worse, when starting in safe mode, when I want to use reset all the system gives me an error and says that it cannot find the file, so I have no choice but to format it with each attempt.
That error message is not coming from reset-all.exe. What is the exact error message? You shouldn't need to reformat. The exported .exe file can also uninstall the EDID override.

If the PC hangs on boot after using CRU, that can only be a driver bug. Have you installed the latest graphics driver for your Intel GPU?

Hello toastyx, thank you for your prompt response.
I can't access any files in the cru folder in secure mode. the message is: "the system cannot access the file", nothing more than that.

Device Manager says that the best drivers for the "intel uhd graphics 630" device are now updated. On the Intel website I can't find drivers for the Intel UHD 630, and the Intel Driver Assistant says: "There are no compatible driver or software updates available for your system."

I would like to know if there is any other specific way to ensure that when starting the PC, the HDMI 1360x768 resolution is transformed into DVI 1360x768, as happened before.

thank you very much

What is secure mode? It's not normal to not be able to access the files. Something is wrong. You are still using the same computer. There is no reason it shouldn't work like before. This is the latest driver for your GPU: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/...ndows.html

Did you add the progressive version? I told you this before:

I was able to add 1920x1200i @ 90 Hz as long as I also add 1920x1200p @ 90 Hz (can be standard or detailed resolution).

Sorry for my English, I meant safe mode. Yes, it's exactly the same pc, only I installed windows 10 on a hdd (I had an ssd before). The hard drive is fine, I formatted it in ntfs.

I really appreciate you giving me the link to the drivers.
Now I can use reset all in safe mode, but unfortunately the original problem was not solved.
When I use the exe file, install edid and use restart64, it works, it goes to DVI. The problem is when I restart the pc. It keeps thinking about the start and never starts. If I don't use restart64 and restart pc, the same thing happens.

I've never touched the BIOS, but could there be something there? When everything was working fine (with the sdd), at the beginning it changed from hdmi to dvi, now it keeps thinking about the gigabyte logo.

I hope you can help me, thank you very much.

will try, is it okay if the progressive resolution wouldnt run at all? cuz i wanna use 1920x1200i 144hz , but 1920x1200p would DEFINITELY no signal on my crt at 144hz cuz it only has 96kHz , anyways i'll try and get back to you.

Yes, you don't need to use the progressive resolution.

That really sounds like a driver issue. Can you show me what you have in CRU? Maybe the newer drivers have a bug and you were using an older driver. The driver link has several versions that you can try. I would try the oldest first to see if that works. Only issue is Windows might automatically upgrade the driver later. There is also this driver which is older and works with your GPU: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/...ndows.html

Yes, you don't need to use the progressive resolution.

yeah, it defintely didn't work on the latest drivers, i guess i'll have to go back to the 2023 drivers and pray that it supports the new games D:
