Doubt about the CRU
Can this be a problem with my monitor due to long time using the CRU? 3 years.
It happened once so far. I do not use overclocking gpu cpu. Monitor only for 75 hertz HDMI cable. Gtx 1060 6gb. Version CRU 1.3 |

This is happening on the GPU, so it's either a driver issue or failing hardware. (06-11-2017 08:46 PM)ChaosAway Wrote: It happened once so far. I do not use overclocking gpu cpu. Version CRU 1.3The HDMI port on the GTX 1060 can handle 1920x1080 @ 75 Hz just fine without patching the driver, so it's not even running out of spec. |

Most likely card or driver issue, but try unplugging the monitor from the wall, hard AC power off for a few minutes, then replug. Then see if there is a service menu, factory menu (always undocumented) or some sort of "reset all" option. Then try uninstalling video drivers and running display driver uninstaller (DDU) in safemode. Heard of a few more recent Benq monitors start acting funny and having to do this (no green purple outerspace scenes though). |
