HP L1950 19-inch LCD Monitor connected to laptop
Hi
I just bought a 19" LCD monitor HPL1950 so i can see my laptop screen better, its connecting and all that but i do not like the current resolution which is 1024x720 (on the LCD monitor). I checked hp website and it say that this monitor can reach max resolution of 1280X1024, but i dont see it on my settings. My laptop is 15.6-inch diagonal HD BrightView LED-backlit Display (1366x768) Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium(64bit) Radeon™ HD 7690M XT Graphics (1GB GDDR5), switchable graphics Please let me know how i can reach the maximum resolution on the 19" LCD. tq. ejay56 |

RE: HP L1950 19-inch LCD Monitor connected to laptop
You shouldn't have to do anything special to get 1280x1024. I don't know why you're getting 1024x720. That's not a common resolution.
Did you click on the HP monitor in the screen resolution settings before changing the resolution? Make sure you are not duplicating the displays. |
