XPS 9500 custom resolution not working

I have Dell XPS 9500 with UHD+ monitor and max resolution of 3840x2400, the ratio is 16:10. it has Intel UHD graphics and NVIDIA GeForce CTX 1650 Ti

I want to add a custom resolution of 3840x2160 (16:9)
Tried cru.exe and run restart and restart64 but I cannot see the resolution at the dropdown menus

I tried using SRE, but I'm getting "no compatible GPU's found in registry

before I refresh my windows 11 installation, I did manage to add that resolution to my dropdown, but I dont remember how I was able to do it.

Intel's driver often doesn't allow custom resolutions with laptop displays. I don't know how you got it working before. Maybe it worked with a very old driver. Someone with a Dell XPS 9500 asked this in 2021, so it would have to be before then.
