Can't tell you how much time I've spent searching google today for a solution and you just solved it in minutes. Not sure if this is a stupid question but is there a trade off between CRU and SRE? |

Right-click on desktop > Display settings > Advanced display settings > Display adapter properties > List All Modes If it's there, then it's a game limitation. |

But the fps are acceptable on hd, not a big deal. thanks again for your help . |

Also what do you mean by two internal heads? |

Each port on the GPU uses a head, but to support higher resolutions and refresh rates, it might need to "borrow" another head. This also means you can't connect as many monitors. |

RE: Custom Resolution Utility (CRU)
Does DisplayPort have the same 25mhz minimum pixelclock threshold as HDMI?

RE: Custom Resolution Utility (CRU)
please help. on my laptop after purchase there was adaptive control of the screen refresh rate from 60-165hz
then after the update it disappeared, I manually added the modes I needed with the help of cru and turn on 60 to save battery, but maybe with the help of this program I can make this mode again in which the laptop itself will choose the desired frequency, from the network 165 and from the battery 60 adaptively? |

RE: Custom Resolution Utility (CRU)
This is so good! йhave one question though. When downscaling 3340x1440to 3440x1200 to make the screen area shorter, I have letterboxing top/bottom. Is there way to consolidate the blank area to bring active area to top of the scree?

RE: Custom Resolution Utility (CRU)
Hello
I've been using CRU since I bought an OLED C2 in early 2023. The software is exceptional, it helped me set the 3840x1600 ultrawide resolution as native in the NVIDIA control panel About that, since the latest 556.12 driver, the 3840x1600 ultrawide resolution is locked at 60Hz only There is nothing wrong with the CRU, just the NVIDIA drivers are problematic, as always Several other users are reporting to NVIDIA, including me, waiting for a solution https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/for...d-at-60hz/ |
