There haven't been any changes to my hardware and I've been using 373.06 for a few weeks now. Up until this point I haven't had any issues and I'm still not sure if the pixel patcher is the cause, but the memory dumps point to nvlddmkm_patched.sys as the cause.
That just means the patched driver crashed. It's probably not the patch. You can test it without the patch to make sure. The video card might have gone bad.

None. What are you trying to do?

No, it only affects the graphics driver.

I don't know what you mean by 2K. That monitor is 3840x2160. Why would you need the patch to use lower resolutions?

You shouldn't need the patch for that unless you want to run HDMI in single-link DVI mode. What have you tried so far?

RE: NVIDIA Pixel Clock Patcher
Hello ToastyX,

I have the dell2815Q and have tried to use CRU, set it to custom 4k 60hz.
Rebooted and launched 2 different games, but the refresh rate is sticking to 30hz at 4K. Sad
Is there something wrong on the cable i am using? i am going with hdmi for this from Alienware R3 with nvidia gtx 1070 card.

your answer would be of great help to understand where the issue is coming from.
Thank you so much!
